Hi, Looking for a web database to be made. It will track expenses. USER1 will log in and be able to submit: Full Name: Date of Show: (text box) Show name: (drop down which USER2 can add values to) Type of expense: (drop down which USER2 can add to) Amount: (Number input + option to add Another Amount Photo upload. Total Expense: They will also be able to view previous submission and the status. USER2 (Manager): This user can log in and see all the data, they can sort it by date, show name and user name. The manager must be able to change any data and then save it. USER2 can then search by name and display all results the export WITH image as a PDF to print. Once printed the data will change from outstanding to 'submitted' Then the manager can have to ability to change it to 'paid' at a later date. The manager/USER2 must be able to set 'Show Name' The manager/USER2 must be able to make new users
