gzxcty no attachment. (i am available for voice call using Skaype) Do you have a template in mind. It is best to use a framework both on the server side and client side. AngularJS and Laravel is my choice. I am making an application that is for fitness entrepreneurs to connect with their prospective clients, advertise their services to them and earn revenue. The site earns revenue from the subscribers. I developed using AngularJS and Laravel. Though both are a bit tough, but are relatively stable. There is nothing that you can't do using them. Good thing is they handle HTTP traffic very well and is ideal for a ecommerce application and which is also blog like. That is my opinion. But your bid amount is too low, I would say. It will taked 60 man weeks to complete with only one person working. .
