I have been a artworker/ graphic designer for over 12 years and have gained a thorough knowledge in all areas of design, production and the printing process. I have excellent commercial experience within a advertising agency working closely with their major retail account as well as previous experience within a digital printing & litho agency. I am very passionate about the industry. One of my major strengths being my adaptability, I am able to jump easily between various roles within the industry. Excellent time and project management Working in advertising and freelance design I fine tuned my time management skills to ensure that projects were handled simultaneously, always completed professionally and deadlines were met. I am fluent in all aspects of the workflow, from concept, execution to the final delivery of the project. Interpersonal skills and assertiveness My work experience has enabled me to relate to different types of people with diverse personalities. I am able to read peoples behaviour and attitudes and react accordingly. This skill has enabled me to build relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Attention to detail Ability to create designs according to the brief provided, having a keen eye for the finer details and providing a superior quality of work while maintaining an understanding of the practical limitations and boundaries within which the mediums are applied to. Design Package skills Extremely fluent in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Quark, Freehand, Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of Flash, C4D & Dreamweaver.
