I am looking for a UI/UX designer to create a visually appealing and user-friendly interface for a single screen b2b web app. The target audience for this web app includes both small businesses and enterprise-level companies. I need to create a hyper minimalistic and extremely simple app for tracking objectives and key results. the app should be able to contain lots of information, but at the same time it should look very light and easy to use. The main idea of the app is to align people around company, department, and team goals. Therefore the app should not have many sections. Ideally, it should have only one section tailored to each individual. The app should also be very easy to deploy for large teams with many departments. I will provide a Google sheets example of what it looks like, and I'd like a suggestion on how to create the app and make it super simple. I also need some suggestions on how to create those objectives easily. I want to keep everything within the same screen. The main objective of the web app is to enhance user engagement through intuitive design and seamless navigation. The desired timeline for completing the UI/UX design is within 1 month.
