I am looking for a freelancer to create a landing page (In Dutch) about real estate in Spain. The main goal of the landing page is to increase leads generation by having customers leave their contact information. Design Preferences: I have a general idea, but I'm open to suggestions. I trust the designer's expertise in creating an appealing and effective design for the landing page. Maybe we work with 3 questions that the clients has to fill in to qualify them faster? I want to see several examples and you must have EXPERIENCE to use the best landing page that meets all the requirements. Make sure it is provided with a domain name and that all the incoming contacts can be uploaded to a googlesheet or excel immediately. After that i need help to make a campaign on facebook so we can use the landingpage with that campaign. Timeline: The project needs to be completed ASAP. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Dutch language to create the landing page content in Dutch. - Experience in designing and creating effective landing pages that drive lead generation. - Knowledge of real estate industry and the ability to incorporate relevant elements and visuals into the landing page design. - Understanding of conversion optimization techniques to maximize the chances of customers leaving their contact information. - Ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly design that aligns with the client's general idea and preferences.
