Mock financial documents for a manual

I am putting together a manual for real estate clients to understand the loan application process and need several mock bank statements created. I will provide designer with applicable real life samples to work from along with a list of lines items/data necessary for our instructional purposes. No actual account number will be shown (only last four made-up). Bonus to designer who can do the work and make it editable for our future use. Time is of the essence. Files to work from will be provided at time of engagement.
