Need a sketch logo to be made 2 or 3 D and CHROME finish

I want to create 1) a silver chrome V and 2) a teal shield 1) THE V I already am providing for you. attached as [login to view URL] 1a- make it very chrome like shown in the example picture called [login to view URL] 2) The shield is attached as a sketch.png. Use this shape. 2a- PLEASE MAKE IT 3D or dimensional to look like an actual car shield. 2b- then add a chrome border similar to the border shown in [login to view URL] and in [login to view URL] 2c- then make the entire middle the same green blue color used in the middle of the grill on the [login to view URL] I am attaching a [login to view URL] to show you our end goal. we can not use the current poster V and shield because it is from another film so we are creating a new specific one. It is important that the V stay a separate layer from the metal plate. So we can resize and place them as needed after you create them. I want File 1. the PSD file with both layers included.
