Set of animated Gif and static BMP images

I need a set of images made up as follows. imagine a scheduling application which has a series of bars like a gant chart. Each bar is side by side. A bar can be... a. left side of bar dragged to the right - bar will be smaller b. left side of bar dragged to the left - bar will be larger c. right side of bar dragged to the right - bar will be larger d. right side of bar dragged to the left - bar will be smaller e. entire bar dragged to the right or to the right When the left side of the bar is altered as in examples a. and b. then change has no effect of the bars to the right side of the bar that is being adjusted. However, for examples c., d. and e. the bars to the right will be affected either by, a. Only the size of the bar immediately to the right of the bar being adjusted will be altered, or b. all bars to the right of the bar being adjusted will be moved to suit. What I need is a series of 12 images. 6 static BMP & 6 animated GIFs depicting each of situation c. d. and e. For example, for c. One animated image will show a mouse cursor dragging a bar to the right. As it expands it covers the bar to the right. A highlight (like a star flashing) will indicate the mouse button being let go. The the bar to the right (should always able to see two bars to the right) is seen contracting to the right to suit the new bar position. The other image for example c. will be the same except instead of seeing only the bar to the right contracting, the image will depict all the bars to the right moving to the right to suit the new bar position. Need two similar but opposite for case d. Need two similar images for case e. but needs to show that the move can be in either direction rather than just to the left or right Also need a set of static images (not animated) to depict the same set of events as those above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Animated images must be GIF files. Static images preferably BMP Each of the images need to be fairly high resolution. Size needs fill a space of about 200 X 50 pixels or near enough. I would like to see a 3D type of effect that looks like a Win XP style. (ie soft blue tones with contrast colours) Feel free to asks question to clarify the requirements.
