Hello, I went through the RTF document & it is quite clear on what needs to be done. I do have a couple of questions: 1. The first diagram showing the REST API. Do I also need to build a plugin for wordpress to allow CreateTicket? Or is that function be available through the subdomain we create? 2. I would love to see the Mockups. 3.
