Re-touch Logo and tweak business card

I have a logo which needs a bit of retouching (remove fade/contrast) and change of colour/ text due to a change in business activity/name. I will provide the existing AI / PSD files for the logo. I would like the output to be in the following formats: all digital files - high resolution as well as (GIF and JPG at 72dpi for web), vector files which can easily be resized & used for printing purposes in *.AI (illustrator) format, high resolution image *.TIFF, *.EPS in RGB, JPG colored/grayscale. Other file include layered *.PSD (Photoshop format). Logo design file to be provided for web & print usage (.GIF, .JPG, .AI, .EPS and .TIFF 300 DPI). I am willing to pay between USD 10 and USD 15 at most - since this is a simple task. A brand new logo was done for USD 30.
