I want someone who can design a book cover to a professional standard

I need someone who can hand draw illustrations and design great book covers to a professional standard. The book will have a back and front cover the same size as the attachment and should feature my character, the title "A Tricky Christmas" and use similar fonts be colorful and look great for Children.
