Website Creation - to begin asap

I am looking for a web designer and programmer to create a website for my business. The business is for a professional home music studio. The website needs to have 4 main areas - Home, Imprint (about the business and myself) Services and Contact. I have a budget of $1500 CAD for the whole project. I need to hire a professional individual who will provide a great service and who is willing to work with me and share previous work experience. Those with experience in entertainment will be considered as having an asset.
