Website Design

I'm looking for a graphic designer that i can work with on on-going projects. I must have someone who understands how a website is built and can work in Macromedia Fireworks. I would like to arrange a retainer with the designer so that i can request work throughout each month. I expect between 5 to 10 designs to be completed each month. The designer would be expected to produce a single Fireworks file that i can use to build the site myself. To evaluate your abilities i would like you to create a design for [login to view URL] which is currently in development. I'm not happy with the site design as it is so i'm looking for a new logo, new colour ideas, etc.
