we are planning a website in french languages . only native french people must contact who can translate english content into french manually . 1. it must not be english to french translation by software but manually 2. the website must be seo friendly and w3c compatible . 3.i will send content in english language you will translate in french language manually not by software ! 4 you have to put title, keywords , descriptions on all pages . 5. it must open on all devices , like i pad, desktop ,android phones etc 6. you will submit it to french directories. 7. i have hosting plan , you will upload it to my host .
