Web Page Filling in

This is simple. I have a webpage designed. I have all the content written. I want to add a ton of pages of content on various topics. Its about 2300 pages. I have all the content written and each page will be exactly the same just replaced with different content. i will provide the website page in dreamweaver along with the 2300 pages of content. Its less than a page of content per page. I will need to to make each page complete with the unique title tag for the topic in the writing (given in the heading) keyword and meta data (same as the heading in the writing). This is a plug and play job. all 2300 pages will then need to be uploaded to my site via an FTP or so on or sent to me in a zip file so I can add them. Thank you
