Phase 1: Basic Ionic & AngularJS website build - with API calls to database (building for scale)

--What? We are looking to build the basic foundation for a website/mobile app. The mobile app & website are both to be built on AngularJS, where the Ionic Framework will be used to package up the AngularJS app on mobile devices. The website will use AngularJS Material design and be responsive. --Who? We need a great developer, one who likes to talk to us and walk us through how it works as well. For this role - you'll be great at documenting what you do and helping us understand how to easily edit the UI structure (we have a moderate understanding of HTML5/CSS so will likely want to play with the UI design, but we'll rely on you to make it all connect up and work for us and provide advice on how to get it working and any other ideas you may have to make an overall better experience for our users). The skills sets we've identified sound like 'Full stack' but.. we are also happy to split the effort across two excellent developers who are great at UI/AngularJS and API/DB work. Let us know in the application what you can do/prefer the most. --App Features? The app will need to have features (user features & tech features) such as: - Facebook Authentication - Basic CRUD on a Postgres Database (basic database at the start - we'll get a Pro DB admin in to help us get it ready for scale later on - so we need to push any DB logic into the DB or DB apis) - Amazon S3 for image storage/Amazon CDN - We'll try and reuse this template ([login to view URL]) but we'll slim it down a lot - We'll need Google maps integration and the ability to place locations on the map - We'll need some help creating the API logic for CRUD --Working arrangement? -We'll provide you with the architecture, UI designs and fields/DB model as a starting point. ---We will need your help building it and providing feedback on it. --How long will this take? *Short term: - End to end example of Authentication, basic Read from a database and have it working in the Ionic Labs app and via Gulp serve command for browser testing *Long term: - Logic in the API for full CRUD activity - Scalability in Reads - Full build out of all UI screens --When do I start? Right away! This weekend if you can. We are looking for someone who can start with us and grow as we grow, if you are interested - let us know. --How do we talk/communicate? We do require that the person working with us be available via Skype Video to communicate and be able to do the majority of communication during Weekends and After-hours (5pm-11pm) but not the whole time! Just some time within those periods. In terms of doing all the work - whatever time suits you best!
