------------- Instructional designer with Insurance background for 15 years (Learning and Development) ------------ Love to work with you on this project of building courses. A little bit about me, for the last 15 years I was with learning and development in my previous organisation (Insurance Industry). We us to follow ADDIE model and I was part of "DD" (Design and development) and as well as part of "I" team ( Implementation), this will definitely help me handling your project in very effective manner. I have completed my Facilitation certificate from DDI (Development Dimensions International) on various leadership programs and delivered close to 30 plus programs as on date. I have also completed my level 1 of CPLP test from ASTD ( American Society for Training and Development) now ATD. In my most recent project I was involved in developing course on Leadership for a US based company. Developed 34 courses in a span of 9 months. I am really excited to work on this project and I’d be very happy to discuss this further and get started for you as soon as possible.

I was working in lionbridge technology. I did articulate storyline project from scratched. I worked on Moodle , scrom, lms, html ,css, javascript.
