I need a web base Email marketing system capable of running different campaigns and sending about 500, 0000 emails a day. See attachment for full features needed. I am looking for a person with prior experience and have done similar work, so you just have to tweak it to fulfill the features I want. The bid does not need to include the cost of the server and IPs. I will also need advice on how to aquire and configure the Servers &IPs and best practices to ensure good delivery and Email Marketing in general. Feel free to ask more information if necessary.
