I'm looking for a Link Building/SEO expert

I'm looking for a Link Building/SEO expert which can build one-way (inbound). All links must be high quality and it is very important that the link building does not violate Google's guidelines for SEO. I would like to approve at least the first 15 submissions. I have the following requirements to the links: - All sites must be related to the keywords - All sites must be US, UK, Canadian, NZ, SA, AU or European sites (English only) - All sites must be found manually and you must check that we don’t already have a link - All links must be permanentor - The linking page must not have more than 50 outgoing links - Only one link per domain - We will approve/deny each link ??" before it is submitted - No redirects, javascript links, hidden links or other unethical links ??" only direct static links - And all links must comply with Google’s guide lines for links - None of the following types of links are accepted: Free for all (FFA), guest books, forums, hidden text, illegal, adult, link farm, instant links, web rings or exchange programs like [login to view URL] - Maximum 3 links must be submitted per day If you can help us submitting our sites to search engines and perhaps other SEO related tasks - this is an option after the first link building project.
