Drive Traffic to a Squeeze page

THIS PROJECT IS FOR BIDDERS IN UK, CANADA AND USA ONLY. ALL OTHERS WILL BE IGNORED. DON'T WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS. We are looking to generate leads for a specific product niche. We will have a simple squeeze page and need to drive qualified traffic to it for our sales agents to contact further. We're looking for an end-to-end plan to help with this. Cost is an issue - we don't have a massive budget for buying adwords so would rather invest in other channels which will provide residual traffic. Quality is absolutely critical - we need 100 qualified leads, not a million time-wasters. We will only consider applicants who have proven experience.
