Improve my adsense

We are looking for a very professional and reliable Google AdSense expert that is able to add/manage my ads on several websites. (according Google AdSense they generate 18.000 ad views per week) We got per month 150/200 now but I think conversion can be improved at least to generate at least € 25 - €50 per day. Google even sent me message that on one website only 38 ads could be added. I got 40 websites, few of them are new , but some are high potential AdSense generator (price comparison) Please show me some proof once the work has done that it really makes at least that amount daily for 30 days. If you are not capable to deliver such task you don't have to bid. You will be responsible adding the banners on the right spots, optimize content or keywords or add some geo location.
