Need 20 PR2/3 real estate links (092810)

Need 20 PR2/3 home decor, home improvement or real estate related site links. All link pages must be pre-approved by us. Potential for ongoing projects of this type. If you meet the project requirements, please include in your bid "I AGREE TO THE PROJECT CONDITIONS". No directory submissions, blog posts, social bookmarks or article submissions please. 1. One way non-reciprocal links only. No link exchanges. 2. All links must be permanent. No rented links. 3. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 12 months of the project, with a replacement link (at no charge) meeting the project requirements. 4. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs, adult & porn, articles submission, press releases, Yahoo answers, CL or spam sites. 5. No sites banned by Google. No fake PR. 6. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 7. Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others). 8. Link pages must be related to “home decor, real estate, real estate services, interior decorating, furniture, home decorating, paint, home improvement or similar”. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. No blacklisted or spam sites. 11. No more than 60 outbound links per page. 12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page 13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 14. Links must be on a page with a Google PR of 2/3, not just a PR2/3 site. 15. One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges 16. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 17. Links must be from English websites only. 18. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted, hence the need for us to pre-approve the sites. 19. Prefer if links came from sites located in Canada or the US. Potential bonus paid for these. 20. I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate. 21. Payment via GAF escrow following you providing proof that the pre-approved links are live. 22. I will provide the excel template for the information in #21.
