20 quality backlinks on PR6 or above

I am launching a new website next month, and want 20 quality in context back links on sites ranked PR6 or above. The site is about white magick, life coaching, and self-help, with an emphasis on overcoming creative blocks. The content itself is already SEO optimised. I don't have time to source these myself, so looking for a competent, honest SEO professional (I prefer to work with an individual) who will let me know which sites the links have been placed on, and also provide me with the contact details for the webmaster of these websites. I will not be putting any outbound links on my own website for the first 6 months of operation.
