Simple SEO Link Pyramid

Hi there, I need someone to develop this exact link pyramid method to my websites: Tier 1. a) 20+ web 2.0 properties backlinks (from Pagerank 1 and above domains) b) 80+ article directories backlinks (from Pagerank 1 and above domains) Tier 2. a) 1,000+ wikis pointing to the tier 1 links For more information see the attached link pyramid diagram image.
