marketing promoting a social network

I am building a social network. It vill be finished in about one mounth. I Vill pay you by the users i get on the social network. Every 2000 members you vill get 150 american dollars. I am not paying uprount. When my network is finished the promoter will get an admin permition on my social network. For every 2000 new 2000 members he will get an 150 usd, If he gets members fast like in 2 weeks 2000 members he vill get 200 american dollars
