Need Ionic framework (Mobile app) Experts

Need an Ionic expert to start a fresh project. I would like to first get one milestone completed and then if it get completed successfully, i will assign complete project. Its a doctor/patient app. Need following features to complete in 2 days Design will be provided rest apis will be provided in php + Mysql Most of the screens in this Milestone are the common ones which will come for doctor and Patient both Splash screen user/patient both to choose user type Doctor / Patient signup Terms and conditions Page Doctor / Patient OTP verification (for now we are sending it in email...we will change it later in SMS) Doctor /Patient Login Resend OTP ====We need above things on urgent basis and are very simple to do because screens are same for both patient and [login to view URL] user type will differ. Patient / Doctor profile to complete before moving into the app for first time (Here some fields are different according to patient and doctor) My Account :- Same profile screen will open to update the details Need build in IOS and ANDROID both.
