iOs and Android Event Listing App

Hello, PLEASE READ ALL PROJECT DESCRIPTION TO BE CONSIDERED.... I need an iOS and Android Developer to make an event app for one specific city I have in mind. I will hire either two separate developers or a team of developers. The budget is for both platforms. The app answers the simple question: What events are happening right now? The application will put hundreds of events at the user's fingertips. The app pulls data from a web interface in which users can submit an event I will provide complete UI/UX design and I would handle the Web Interface's development you just have to link it to the app. TimeLine: The app is to be released in 4 weeks for the beta version and another 4 weeks for the final version. Please a completed mobile app client questionnaire. Please read it carefully and provide an estimate quote. I want you to provide me with separate prices for: - Development for Android without UI/UX - Development for iphone without UI/UX - The Extra features mentioned in the doc. IMPORTANT: (BIDS WITHOUT THESE POINTS WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED) Please provide in your proposal: - at least one link of a similar event you have developed in iphone and/or android. - a range for the estimate cost and a break down of the cost. - a range for the timeline and a break down of the timeline - Agree to sign an NDA, and relinquish copyright to app which does not allow you to display it in your public portfolio.
