Mobile app development for a home maintenance company

The mobile app would integrate subscription management and service call tracking. The mobile app would have a client interface, a management interface, and a contractor interface. On the client interface, the app would enable the client to sign up for a monthly subscription service. Once a subscriber, the client will then be able to book an appointment for a trades person to visit their home from available time slots, and pay upfront for the appointment. Time slots will be categorized as emergency and non emergency time slots at different pricing. The app will then allow the client to see updates as to when the contractor will arrive. If follow up work is needed, the client will be able to see the quote for the follow up work, accept or decline it, and then schedule the work. On the management interface, the manager will be able to see the scheduled service calls, and see updates regarding the service calls. If the employee doing the service call determines that future work is needed, manager can review the updates and photos from the job and create a work order. The work order can then be sent out to all contractors to bid on. On the contractor interface, the contractor can see open jobs, bid on the jobs or ask questions. Once a bid is accepted, the contractor can provide open times that the client can schedule. Preferably the app uses currently available saas software for subscription management and service call tracking, and integrates them using api's or webhooks.
