This Project is for a proof of concept for VPN Enforce service for android 2 & 4 in Android 2 it can be a service in Android 4 it will be apk the application will go to a known server url to fetch encrypted text file contains VPN address and user/password it will use it to connect to a VPN so all device communication will be by this channel if connection is failed it will fetch the encrypted text file again up to 3 times, if file is same and still no connection it will display an error ("VPN Problem") application will enforce connection to the VPN server (meaning it will reconnect all the time) When application is closed (by task manager or similar) the connection will be stopped in all other cases the application will hold connection alive Project Budget is 50$ Delivery includes compiled APK, code, build instructions, in code documentary Payment Via GAF escrow only Good luck
