Site crawler for a bookstore

We run a small bookstore, and we need a crawler that populates its book database by crawling other sites. Both the bookstore and the sites we need to crawl are in SPANISH. We also have a good specification document (available on request, so you can bid accurately) which is in Spanish too. We are OK with working with non-Spanish speakers as long as you manage to translate the documentation by yourself. The database to use is MySQL. You can program the crawler in any major language you want.
