java app - sort websites into 2 groups (dynamic and static)

I have lists of websites, like the ones attached. I want to load them to a java app for processing. The app will need to go to these sites and see if they pull data from xml or database files, in which case they are dynamic website. The other group would be static websites If load 1 file to the app, it needs to output 2 files. I need to be able to load many files at once. The app needs to be able to resume processing if it quits or freezes. You will need to upload files and revisions to our shared folder. Sample file [[login to view URL]][1]
