Lotus note plugin

The project to create a plug-in for lotus notes 8, using eclipse. The plug-in should have the following functionality : when user select a contact or an email message in lotus 8, then click the plug-in icon. The plug-in should invoke a pop-up form to enter login information to authenticate with an external web service. Once authenticated a function in the web service will be called to enter send contact information or the email message. The idea here is to Synch. local lotus contacts and messages with an external CRM similar to salesforce. The plug-in must able to be distributed and all the code base must be delivered before payment. I am willing to go beyond the $300 budget for good work (P.S. you do not have to worry about the actual web service mehtods, just a function to call the web service )
