Use Cases:\r\n\r\n- (Admin panel) Client details are to be collected and added in the DB through the \r\n\r\nadmin panel. (Company name, email, mobile, phone, address, contact person, \r\n\r\ncontact person mobile, contact person email, contact person designation)\r\n\r\n- (Admin panel) Different packages are designed based on the pricing for each product \r\n\r\nand customizable pricing should be entered through the admin panel while adding the \r\n\r\nclient. The plan and pricing should be changeable any time though admin panel. Tax \r\n\r\nshould also be one of the field so it can be modified through the admin panel. Pickup \r\n\r\n& delivery are chargeable or free should also be mentioned in the admin panel.\r\n\r\n- (Sup panel) When the materials are picked at the clients location the collection boy \r\n\r\nshould enter the list of products picked in the \"pick up login\" . Immediately the bill \r\n\r\nshould be generated based on the plans applicable for that particular client. And \r\n\r\nshould be displayed in the client BO and in the admin panel. With the status delivered/\r\n\r\nnot delivered and payment pending/paid, payment details should be available only \r\n\r\nnext to the months name. The status of materials should be displayed washing/drying/\r\n\r\npacking/ready for delivery/delivered. In the admin panel the products which are highly \r\n\r\nstained should be marked for delay in delivery with comments and images of the \r\n\r\nstain.\r\n\r\n- (Admin panel) if a product is delayed because of delay in service the admin makes the entry \r\n\r\nin the admin panel so that even if the supervisor marks the receipt id as delivered the \r\n\r\nbill status doesn\'t show delivered in the client panel. For those exclusive products \r\n\r\nwhen they are ready for delivery the admin has to mark them as ready for delivery, \r\n\r\nonly then if the supervisor marks delivered for the receipt number the status shows \r\n\r\ndelivered in the client panel.\r\n\r\n- In the client BO support tickets option should be available, so that the tickets are \r\n\r\nnotified in the admin panel. The admin should select the ticket and provide his answer \r\n\r\nhaving the status of the ticket in pending/closed. \r\n\r\n- Notify via SMS/Email on the bill status change delivered/pending/paid/high stained \r\n\r\nmaterials pending, an option for the admin to manually notify the payment should be \r\n\r\nallowed.\r\n\r\n- Notify via SMS/Email on each pickup and on delivery. \r\n\r\n3\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n- Feed back button should be present in the client panel so that they can provide their \r\n\r\nfeedback whenever they feel like. An automatic email and SMS notification will be \r\n\r\nsent every week to get the feed back of the client. \r\n\r\n- In the supervisor login he should be able to enter the picked up materials and change \r\n\r\nthe status of the bill to delivered. No other option should be available.\r\n\r\n- Marketing representatives login he should enter the visits to \"to be clients\" place, the \r\n\r\nperson contacted, with his contact details and an image if his business card, status of \r\n\r\nthe meeting (placed order/follow-up later/not interested). If follow-up later option is \r\n\r\nselected an automatic calendar and time should be displayed to mark the next follow-\r\nup date and time. If \"not interested\" option is selected a notes area should be \r\n\r\navailable for the executive to enter the reason why the company is not interested in \r\n\r\nusing our service. If placed order is selected a form should be available for the \r\n\r\nmarketing executive to enter the client details. Which would be in the notification of \r\n\r\nthe admin panel, after the admin approves it the client login gets activated. \r\n\r\n- If the payment status is not changed to paid by the admin in the admin panel before \r\n\r\n10th of the next month the client gets an automatic email/SMS asking him to make \r\n\r\npayments to use the uninterrupted service.
