Scrolling images and text (text external source)

There are two elements to the job: a. scrolling images, endless loop, smooth A set of images (3-10, JPG) need to be continousely looped. Ideally the number of images can be easily altered later on. The element will be placed on a black background and the scroller needs to fade into black at either end, so best done in Flash. b. smooth horizontal text scroller, external source A one-line marquee with source text from an external file. I will need to be able to format the scroller myself (background/colours etc). Both elements need to be compatible with Flash MX 2004.
