Hi, There is a translation company that is interested in email service/projects management [login to view URL] purpose of the software is to provide the company with collaborative management program, where, using the same interface, team members would manage and follow up email correspondence with customers/translators, locate, edit and work on customer requests/projects: classify customer requests, maintain suppliers database , assign a job to a particular translator, a reviewer or any other external partner, assign service stage to projects etc. and thus enable effective customer service and efficient project and resources management. It will be asked that software documentation ( UML class diagram, DB ERD etc.) should be provided together with the database script and the code. Please see the project files for more details. Hey Luc, We can club couple of exisiting interface of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Project Management. There can be timeline feature.
