JScript or VBscript - change Security on Dir for W2003

There is a directory on the server where store domain users profiles in subdirectories. Server OS is W2003 Server. The default security for subdirectory is FA for USER and FA for SYSTEM, Requires script on JScript or VBscript ( or any other language that is supported by default on server W2003), which will be look on this subdirectories and do : 1. give FA [login to view URL] domain administrators group for each subdirectory 2 . take Owner for Domain Admins group for each subdirectory 3 . Check for the same subdirectory with the addition of ". V2" and if it does not, then rename the original subdirectory to the new , with the addition of ". V2» The utility will run as the user with domain administrator privileges on the server
