Store Front / Template Design

We are looking for someone to create a designs for a store front in plain HTML and inline JavaScript and CSS. Your job as a designer is to design overall look and feel of the web page along with dummy text and graphics. We will provide you with a few menu links that will go on the page along with other items such as Images and Youtube video links that will open from that page. We have placed a budget of $70-$100. Before you send a quote please include three previous examples of your work. ** Please note this project only requires you to create a one page HTML design. Only bid if you agree to the following policies and deadline [login to view URL] page design has to be a store front in HTML and CSS for a business (such as electronics, computers, etc.) we will give you the category once we select you as a provider. You will appropriately come up with designs suitable to match the requirements. [login to view URL] on the category provided in step 1 above you will design three different mockups of the page. These designs could be done in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML or PDF. [login to view URL] on the three main page designs you send to us we will select a single design that we want to proceed further with. At this time we may suggest a few alterations to the selected design if needed. If we like one more than one design we will pay you for all the designs we select from your three submissions and then you will create HTML for the selected ones. [login to view URL] will use dummy text for displaying the text but graphics have to be final for each page. You can use stock images from [login to view URL] or http://www.istockphoto.com. WE WILL BUY the license to use the selected graphics (you will provide web address to the images used so that we can buy the license to use them.
