Slide Viewer + xml

Looking for a image slider, Please Provide me with Suggestions, flash or other methods. It should use a xml file to load the images and settings. There are two samples, one flash and one not that represent what I am looking for fairly well. [login to view URL] (non flash) [login to view URL] (flash) I'd like a headline, like from the flash one above, specifying in the xml file. I'd like to be able to click on the image to go to the next one as on the non flash one. I'd like to be able to specify the size of the slider window. I'd like two different transitions, that i can specify in the xml file, one like the flash one by sliding and one cross-fade like the non flash. If there is such a component out there already, I would be happy to have a look at it, if I were to use it instead, I would of course reward you.
