I think I can do this in less than an hour, but I'll need a little more details to make sure I understand exactly what you want. The page will still load normally (and be visible to the user) and then the javascript would then redirect the user, right? You must be able to add new date and times to do it in your timezone, but how? Using a simple txt file?
