About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team and help resolve critical performance issues with our web application. The application is built using Angular 10.1.0, ng-zorro-antd 10.2.2, Typescript 4.0.2, and utilizes .NET Core 3.1 for APIs. While the application performs well under normal circumstances, it is currently facing performance challenges when processing multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Analyze the existing web application and identify performance bottlenecks that lead to slow browser response times. - Collaborate with the development team to understand the complex workflows and tasks that contribute to the performance issues. - Propose and implement effective solutions to optimize the application's performance and reduce response time. - Conduct thorough testing to ensure the improvements do not introduce new issues and maintain overall application stability. - Fine-tune the application's frontend and backend components to enhance its overall responsiveness. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure optimal performance across different browsers and devices. - Monitor and measure the application's performance using appropriate tools to track the impact of the implemented changes. - Provide documentation and guidelines for best practices in performance optimization to the development team. Note: Our team of developers has already made significant improvements to the application, addressing various aspects of performance enhancement. However, there are still some critical areas that require further attention and optimization. As a Fullstack Developer joining the project, you will collaborate with our existing team to build upon the existing improvements and resolve the remaining performance challenges. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on Angular 10.1.0, ng-zorro-antd 10.2.2, Typescript 4.0.2, and .NET Core 3.1. - Strong understanding of web application performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks. - Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in optimizing frontend and backend code for improved responsiveness. - Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and their impact on performance. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges. - Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within set timelines.
