React.js & React native project in Berlin

We are looking for a Frontend developer who is amibitious and entrepreneurial minded (able to assess the validity of a product so they can be motivated by the equity). The budget to finish it is 3500E + significant equity. We hope to hire 2 fulltime developers over a period of around 1.5 months to do the launch, if the launch goes well there will be more work with a higher pay on offer to complete features.
