1. I will provide an excel spreadsheet that contains a list of business names. 2. You will add the correct first and last name of the owner or president or officer for each business on the list. To accomplish this you will use the website of the secretary of state to obtain the name of the owner or president or top officer. 3. You will add the correct/valid business email address for each name on the list. 4. You will return the completed list to me. 5. I will send an email to everyone on the list to test the validity of the email addresses and if there are any incorrect email addresses, I will calculate the amount of incorrect email addresses. I will calculate an email bounce rate by dividing the total number of incorrect email addresses by the total number of email addresses provided by you in the list. The bounce rate should be less than 2%. If the bounce rate is less than 2%, the project is complete.
