We are looking for a qualified Solicitor / Lawyer with sound understanding of applicable laws and regulations covering the UK Jurisdiction that has experience in areas including banking law and regulation, corporate law, competition law, IT and data protection law You will be working in the - drafting of contracts on behalf of the company - managing external contracts offered by partnering firms - understanding of the AML legislation of the UK - advisory on corporate M&A transactions Experience in the FinTech / Payments Services industry will be verified. I will be requesting you to share your work experience log/journal that you maintain, to have an understanding of your legal experience over the last few years and the skills you have displayed in being a practitioner of law. 9 month initial contract. 10 hours per week.
