Link Building needed for 10 websites

We require 500 links with page rank 3 or above placed for a computer services company. The page rank is not page rank of website but page rank of webpage were link will be placed. The links need to be placed over the next 6 weeks. The links need to be placed on pages related to the computer sector. We require a total of 10,000 links placed for our 10 websites this year so the work will be ongoing. Specific link requirements, please read these details: 1. All links must be on pages indexed by Google and verified with a Google search 2. Links must be permanent and should be manually obtained, not via software submission. 3. Links are to be from all completely different sites with different class c domains/IP addresses. 4. Only direct static links will be approved. We stress that the links should not use a redirect code of any kind (javascript, meta, 302 etc.) The link URL must show the url or anchor text we have provided. 5. You must check that the link can be “spidered” and that the pages containing the links must be indexed by Google to rule out any bad neighborhoods or banned pages 6. You must make sure that the site does not have the rel= "no follow" attribute or any other robot tags that will not enable the spider to crawl our site. 7. Links must be on actual functional websites i.e. not from guest books, classified adverts, FFA pages, or links that will expire after a certain time (ads, review pages, etc.) 8. No link farms, gambling, porn or other offensive sites, directories, articles submission, blog spam, pages loaded with Adsense ads, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. 9. Links can be on a "links" page of a website, but the links page must fit all other criteria listed here, the links page may have no more than 100 links on it (including both internal and external links). 10. The links must be one-way only. No reciprocal links. Sites must not be promised links back from ours as they will not get them (in extraordinary cases, we will consider linking back to very high PR sites with a very high theme match 11.
