Need some advise on VMware ESXi 5 network setting. We have two physical network adapter, one for public network and another for private network. Public one is working well but I don't know how to setup the private one. I setup the IP and sub net mask. It does not work because of gateway I guess. Because we I tracerout to a private address, it went through the public gateway. Traceroute result and my network configuration is attached.
