PHP, FFMPEG and Mencoder code tweaks

I am upgrade my site from Agriya Rayzz 1.6 to Rayzz 2.3 and have 2 Mods purchased at "rayzztemplate . com" that I need installed on my 2.3. The mods are Thumb Preview Mod "Animated Thumbnails and Watermark Mod (Inputs a watermark of the site url upon encoding). The coder sent me the installation instructions plus"[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]" for each mod but they are modified for version 1.6. Version 2.3 of Rayzz has some slight updates in the code of these files so I need someone to properly copy over the code so it will work with version 2.3. I have tried this myself and noticed it will not be a simply copy and paste, there will be some slight code changes necessary. Each Mod only contains a few lines of code that modifies the original files. Coder should be familiar with Mencoder, FFMPEG and PHP. I'd expect both of these Mods working perfectly as they do with 1.6 but with 2.3. for the two files above I will provide the original 1.6 versions and Modified 1.6 version so coder can more easily see what are the changes and apply them to the 2.3 versions of the files. Note: The site has adult content, coder need be okay with this. ## Deliverables Coder needs to be okay with possibly making a code change or two beyond what I mentioned above in order to make these 2 mods work. With the "Thumb Preview" mod, the first thumbnail visible needs to be from someplace in the video or a keyframe but NOT "Frame 1" because many times FRAME 1 is black. Live site has this working properly. I'd expect an organized person that can document what was done and makes backups first. The site is still currently using 1.6 with the above mods working perfectly for reference. This upgrade needs to happen without any Live site interrupt or downtime. To accommodate this I am doing the installation of Rayzz 2.3 in a sub-folder. I will then move such folder to ROOT to become LIVE and expect the above mods to still work in the Live environment. Extra: On the current site, with all non-FLV uploads, the thumb nails the Mod creates seems to duplicate frames so instead of it creating 16 frames each 3 seconds apart many of the 16 will be the same frame so when Mouse over the thumbnail it appears to be sticking or not move because of the many duplicates. If this is a problem with the MOD and not my setup I throw in a bonus for a fix for this. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
