Set up payment gateway for autoship orders in Magento

Our payment gateway is already configured in Magento for standard one time orders, but we need to have the payment gateway configured with our custom autoship module created - for recurring payments on customer selected schedules. Customers can change their autoship schedules within their account on the frontend. Also, we have the ability on the backend to manually create autoshipments for customers, and need the ability to set up payment information within there as well - which will be charged when it is time to process the autoshipment. On the front end website, we want the ability for the customer to update their payment method (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, PayPal) between shipments if requested, and payment method history for autoshipments to be viewable on the Invoices. We need this project completed asap. Please give time estimate and cost.
