Sell CD (software) on ebay, amazon, yahoo shops, craiglist, etc

We are looking for the professional and expieranced sellers at online auctions, stores, etc. We are software developers, sell software basically on-line on our sites. Delivery options - ESD (electronic license by email, sent instantly) and CD (disk in DVD case, both disk and box are in the company styles; sent by ourselves from Canada, delivered within ~3 days in North America).
