Our objective for this project is to determine what statistics are available for free, or purchase, through Thai trade associations, Thai or overseas government agencies relating to the Processed Food Market in Thailand.
Specifically, we are looking for statistics related to the following:
1.) Total Processed Food Sales (retail level if possible)
2.) Sales breakdown by Product Category (ie, processed meat, chilled & frozen etc)
3.) Sales breakdown by distribution channel (ie, Manufacturer to Supermkt direct, Manufacturer to Consumer via Internet, Manufacturer to Independent Distributor)
