Create, Design & Write A In/Out Bound Calling Script

Point of Sales (POS) re seller is seeking a talented individual with experience in the creation and development of a calling script to be utilized for in-bound and out-bound calling. The purpose of these calls are to establish new business clients for the company. We currently have created a brochure that were sending out to hundreds of leads, and we wish to have a script developed based on this brochure along with other documents we will include to assist in the process of creating and designing this script. It is very important both scripts achieve the main goal of introducing the business, explaining the key company products, establishing the needs of person calling or being called and setting up a date and time to have a certified company technician visit the client at their location. It is very important to consider the following situations during the design and creation of this script: It is important that the script start with a simple "Hello" and allow for the client to respond before proceeding with the scrip.
